The SCN5 series of Dyadic's Mechatronics Cylinder line is ideal in that
the motor, encoder, drive and actuator are one integral package.
Dyadic has developed the linear actuator drive mechanism such that
the screw and nut are optimized for high accuracy, long life and low
cost while delivering high speed and peak thrust.
Mechatronics Cylinders are available in a range of stroke lengths and
are constructed using an extruded aluminum body with 303 stainless
for the shaft and rod tip. Actuators can easily be operated via 24VDC
signals from PLCs or relays, and can be connected in networks of up
to 16 axes
The SCLT4 and SCLT6 series of Dyadic's Mechatronics Cylinder line
combines low-cost servo control with a recirculating ball guide
mechanism to carry medium payloads to the positions you need. This
blend of low-cost and high performance could only have been realized by
the advanced technology of Dyadic Systems. These new product
concepts give engineers a wider range of options to eliminate over-
design.
Both actuators use the precision profile rail as their backbone, which
maximizes the width of the rail that can fit in the actuator. SCLT4 rodless
actuators are more compact and come with the controller built in, while
SCLT6 rodless actuators are built for heavier loads and longer strokes.
Dyadic's R-Series line of Mechatronics Servo Motors combines quick
setup and tremendous flexibility with easy 24VDC power and control.
Parameters for your mechanism are entered using a visual step-by-step
utility which includes ballscrew, timing belt, rack and pinion, and rotary
system configurations. This means that when you set up your moves
you will be working in engineering units for your mechanism instead of
motor pulses
A low cost Programmable Electric Actuator line is finally available!
